His portfolio includes residential, commercial, and mixed-use buildings, along with villas, townhouses, and apartments across key locations such as Palm Jumeirah, Jumeirah Golf Estates, Dubai Marina, Jumeirah Lake Towers, Business Bay, Jumeirah Garden City, Living Legends, DAMAC Hills, Al Barsha, and Mirdif.
In addition to property management, he has demonstrated strong expertise in sales, handling transactions involving land, buildings, villas, and both residential and commercial units, including warehouses. In the leasing sector, he plays a critical role in maintaining high occupancy levels while ensuring strong returns on investment, currently managing a portfolio with an annual leasing value exceeding AED 40 million.
